At Ventro Management, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
You may return your garland within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Garlands that have been used outdoors, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Clearance or final sale items.
How to Start a Return
Email us at reid@ventromanagement.ca with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
Once the product is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund.
Refunds
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error or a defective item).
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your garland for another item, please contact us. We’ll be happy to help arrange this if stock is available.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your garland arrives damaged or defective, let us know within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace it at no cost to you.
Shipping Policy
We aim to get your order to you quickly and safely.
Processing Time: Orders are shipped within 2–3 business days.
Carriers: We use trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx.
Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.
Delivery Times: Typically 3–7 business days within Canada. Delivery times may vary during peak holiday seasons.
Order Cut-Off: For guaranteed Christmas delivery, please place orders before November 25.
Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us.
We only collect information needed to process your order (such as name, address, payment details).
Your information is never sold or shared with third parties, except to trusted partners necessary to fulfill your order (e.g., payment processors, shipping carriers).
